Description: The Associate in Science in Accounting Program students will demonstrate leadership skills and enhanced accounting competencies. Afforded the opportunity to learn a more global perspective of the accounting process, students will be able to assess, analyze, and interpret data to support the financial fitness within a challenging business environment. Both business and liberal arts course offerings will drive a deeper understanding of today's complex ethical issues.

Computerized Accounting
Description: The Computerized Accounting Certificate Program is designed to provide a solid introduction to the accounting field. The integration of accounting methods and principles with business and computer technology courses broadens the student's career choices. The student is prepared to work as a bookkeeper, assistant controller, office manager, or an assistant in a public accounting firm. After completing this program, the student should be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of accounting principles that are required in decision-making, demonstrate a proficiency in computer skills, and understand the business, management and communication concepts as well as analytical skills required in the accounting field.
